Can I change my listing information to advertise a different rental property?

I signed up and created 1 listing, but I can’t add more properties. Why?

 

Adding another listing to your account

1.  Log in at http://www.flipkey.com/users/login/.

 

2.  Click on the orange ‘Add Another Listing’ button towards the lower right of the Dashboard page.

3. Select ‘Add New Property’ to create and add a completely new property to your account.

4. Your current account details and billing information will be shown.  Review your new subscription plan and click on ‘Upgrade My Account.’ The charge is calculated as the prorated cost of adding a listing in your current billing cycle.

 

5. When asked to confirm your request, click ‘OK’ to upgrade.

 

 6. Create your new property listing. Remember, you can promote only one property unit per listing. Listing just one unit per listing eliminates any confusion, which means more qualified leads. Quick Tip! Accounts without an active listing will not be able to add another property until their initial property is live on FlipKey.com. You will get an email when your property is posted online and will be able to add listings to your account then!

 

Can I change my listing information to advertise a different rental property?

Although we do not encourage you to switch the property that you are advertising, we understand that this may be necessary.

To switch the property that you are advertising on FlipKey and TripAdvisor:

1. Log into your account at www.flipkey.com/users/login.

2. Go to ‘Edit Listing’ and replace the existing property information with information about the new home you want to advertise.

 

3. If you have any reviews on your old listing, please contact us to have them removed. You will then be able to start collecting new reviews for your property!

Can I move a property from one account to another?

You can not transfer a property from one account to another. You can add another listing to your account if you would like to list multiple properties.

I signed up and created 1 listing, but I can’t add more properties. Why?

You can only list one property when you create an account. You will be able to advertise additional properties once your first listing is approved.

Once your account has been verified, you will get an email notifying you that your property is live on FlipKey. At this time, you can add listings to your account.
