1.  Find the home you rented on FlipKey.

Either access the property listing using the direct link (if you have it) or go to FlipKey.com, search for the city you visited and find the home where you stayed.

2.  Begin a new review.

On the webpage for your rental, click ‘Write a Review.’ You may have to scroll down to the bottom of the page to where the other reviews are shown to find the button to add your comments.

3.  Describe your rental experience.

Tell everyone about your stay. Remember to mention any great or surprising moments and whether the listing matched your expectations. Sharing your comments about the location of the home, your experience renting from the property owner/manager, as well as something special or unique about the property will help future travelers decide if a particular home fits their needs.  Property owners/managers may also send their past guests an invitation to leave a review directly on their FlipKey property page.  If you receive an email requesting a review, you can simply click on the review button and begin your vacation rental property review.

FlipKey Quick Tip.pngQuick Tip! You can add photos of the home where you recently stayed directly to your review. All photos will display as part of your guest feedback on the property details page.

4. Confirm your review.

Your review will display on FlipKey and TripAdvisor shortly after your comments are added.  We appreciate your feedback and for taking the time to leave a review on FlipKey.
